February 2014: Featured panelist at the inaugural Connect via HootSuite conference in San Francisco, CA. The panel topics were focused on the evolution of social business.

February 2014: Delivered a presentation at the inaugural Ryerson Marketing Conference in Toronto, ON. The topic was ‘Social Media for Social Good: The #Climb4Cord Story’.

January 2014: Presenter in an interactive online panel held during the 5th annual Community Manager Appreciation Day (CMAD): The topic was building and engaging communities in the enterprise space.

January 2014: Guest lecture on Social Media for the 2013-14 cohort of the Seneca SoMe program.
